Terms & Conditions

Warranty:
All products include a two-year manufacturers warranty. If products are found to be faulty in this period, goods may be returned for testing and replace like for like in the range. Warranty is only valid if products are used in conjunction with approved interfacing (Drivers, Transformers, Dimming Systems) where applicable.

Returns:
LED Lighting Ltd does not accept returns without prior written approval. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking / product testing charge. LED Lighting Ltd reserves the right not to accept requests for product returns. Any product accepted for refunds must be sent back in their original working form and packaging. Returns must be applied within twenty eight (28) days of the original invoice.

Cancellations:
Any order canceled after seven (7) days from LED Lighting Ltd will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25%.

Delivery Conditions:
Freight will be prepaid to destinations within mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Eire for orders greater than £250.00 net. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Quotations:
Quoted prices are honored for thirty (30) days from date of quotation. After thirty (30) days all outstanding quotes must be requited.

Order Procedure:
Orders can purchase against quotations or a proforma invoice. All orders must be placed in writing on an official purchase order. The purchase order must contain the following items; Invoicing & Delivery Address, Bill of Materials or an LED Lighting Ltd quotation number.

Pricing:
Our price lists are subject to revue every 6-12months due to importing costs. All prices given are excluding the UK VAT Rate (15-17.5%) 01-01-2010
